HOME OF HOPE

We are so excited to be part of what God is doing for these 10 children in Northern India!

In 2010, our team went to Birpara, Northern India to visit the church we helped build there.  As the service ended, Pastor Hale and the team were asked to pray for the children, not knowing, as we prayed for them, that they were orphans without mothers or fathers.

The church overseers, Pastor Peter and his wife Martha,  had taken in these ten children and were doing all they could to feed, clothe and teach them. Each child had received Jesus in their heart and were doing well.

All were living in a two room house beside the church with a caretaker. They were also being schooled by a teacher that came to help.

Our hearts were moved as we saw the need for adequate housing, cooking stove and other necessities.  What can we do to help?

$40.00 a month will support 1 child as well as send them to school.

Additionally, the Lord impressed that we should help build a place these children and others like them will be able to call home.

The HOME OF HOPE will take $18,000 to construct the first phase.

Since the vision was shared, we have been receiving donations and have been able to send most of the funds toward the first floor construction and a retaining wall that surrounds the grounds and keeps elephants out.    img_1393img_1394

Excitedly Pastor Peter and Bro Gautam each participated in the ground breaking service.
